We had a glorious Easter weekend over here at Bunkersdown.
The sun made an appearance every single day, we worked in the garden, I got to visit a bookstore, some extended family came to visit us, and there were plenty of jellybeans. Not to mention, there was salt-cured ham for all.
That’s pretty much my definition of heaven right there: books, family, gardens, and a complete disregard for sodium content.
It finally feels like Spring is really here with green things poking up through the ground and seeds planted and children running amok outside. <Happy, contented sigh.>
Hopefully you had an excellent weekend as well, gentle reader.
Now, if you will excuse me, I need to go sniff the leftover ham, as I’m not allowed to actually eat another bite of that delicious salty meat until next Easter.
